    Scope of Application
    These Terms & Conditions govern Hotel Accommodation Contract for the use of services (hereinafter called the Contract) between nine hours (hereinafter called ninehours) and the Guest.
    Application and Conclusion of the Contract

    When applying for an application for contract, the Guest must give particulars, these include:

    1. ・ Name and contact details of the Guest (if a third party is paying for accommodation, their contact details must also be submitted )
    2. ・ Date of accommodation
    3. ・ Intended check-in/ check-out times
    4. ・ Any other information that may be required by ninehours

    The contract shall come into force upon ninehours’s acceptance and confirmation of submitted information.

    Refusal of Contract /Cancellation of the Contract by 9h
    9h may refuse the conclusion of the contract in any of the following cases.
    1. 1. When 9h is fully booked and no sleeping pods are available.
    2. 2. When 9h is unable to provide accommodation due to natural calamities,
      malfunction of the facilities or other unavoidable causes.
      Services beyond those provided are requested.
    3. 3. When the Guest seeking accommodation is deemed liable to act in violation of public morals, or conduct their selves in a disorderly manner.
    4. 4. When it is obviously acknowledged that the Guest is an infectious case.
    5. 5. When the Guest is heavily-intoxicated. This applies even after Check-in.
    6. 6. When the Guest speaks or acts in a manner that is deemed an annoyance to other guests.
    7. 7. When the Guest seeking accommodation is a member of, or involved with, gang organizations, crime syndicates or any antisocial groups.
    8. 8. When the Guest speaks or acts in a manner that is deemed an annoyance to other guests. If 9h terminates the contract when the circumstances come under any of the above mentioned articles,

    9h will not charge the Guest for any of the services in future during the contractual period which he/she has not received.

    Cancellation of the Contract by the Guest.
    The Guest may cancel the reservation by notifying 9h. Intended check-in/ check-out times When the Guest fails, without giving proper notice, to arrive at the scheduled arrival time, 9h may treat the reservation as being cancelled by the Guest.
    Registration
    The Guest is required to complete a member registration form.
    The Guest shall register the following particulars at the front desk of 9h on the day of accommodation; Name, age, sex, address and occupation For non-Japanese; nationality, passport number, port and date of entry into Japan;
    Other particulars deemed necessary by the Hotel.
    9h Business Hours & Hours of Stay
    Since 9h offers 24hours of service, there is no specified time for checking-in and checking-out. Minimum and maximum hours of use are 4 hours and 17hours respectively. The Guest must check-out at the scheduled time and extended hours of stay are unacceptable. In the case of continuous stay, the Guest must check-out at the scheduled time and check-in again.
    Payment
    Payment is required to be paid in full at the front desk at the time of arrival (Check-In).
    Liability
    9h shall compensate the Guest for damage if 9h has caused such damage to the Guest in the fulfillment of the contract. However, the same shall not apply in cases when such damage has been caused due to reasons for which 9h is not liable. 9h complies with Fire Service Act certified by the Fire Department. In case of fire, 9h is covered by Hotel Liability Insurance.
    Handling of Goods Deposited / Storaging Luggage or Belongings of the Guest
    9h is not equipped with a security safe and cannot keep valuables on behalf of the Guest. Except for valuable possessions, 9h will keep luggage & belongings of the Guest before checking-in and after checking out. In case that luggage or belongings of the Guest are left behind after checkout, 9h will keep them for 7 days, including the day of the discovery, after which they will be handed over to the nearest police station.
    Liability of the Guests
    The Guest shall compensate 9h for such damage as may be caused by intention act or negligence on the part of the Guest.

    If you use our services to make a reservation, registration or document request,

    1. 1. When reservations are made, be it by, telephone, fax, letter, internet or email.
    2. 2. When registering for membership, application for campaigns, at check-in/out and from questionnaires.
    3. 3. From exchanges with 9h staff while staying at 9h and/or after staying at 9h.
    4. 4. From any other business related operations performed by the company.
    Use of Personal Information
    The company is committed to executing and maintaining the following conditions.
    1. The company will comply with Personal Information Protection Law and any other related laws and regulations.
    2. When registering for membership, application for campaigns, at check-in/out and from questionnaires.
    3. In order to properly protect personal information the company will strive to continuously improve its internal organizational systems.
    Sharing Personal Information
    When necessary, personal information made be shared with delivery firms, in order to deliver guest’s belongings or our products. Careful selection is made of the delivery company including a contract drawn between us in terms of our privacy policy.
    Protecting Personal Information
    We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.
    Activities to Ensure Continued Protection of Personal Information
    The company intends to continuously improve personal information protection by implementing the initiatives noted below.
    1. The company will provide adequate in house education and training to all its employees with respect to the protection of personal information and keep every employee informed about the contents.
    2. The company will from time to time, improve and revise the personal information protection and related internal regulations depending on changes in laws and social environment.
    3. The customer can learn about those initiatives described above on our website.
